MEMBERSHIP

1. Q: Do I have to register to use the service?

A: You need to register before joining our warehouse.

2. Q: How can I get the personal code after joining the warehouse?

A: You will get notified by email or DM by our customer service.

3. Q: What should I do after getting my "personal code"

A: You can buy products from Korean website or seller, or you can ask us for buying assistance for free!

4. Q: How long can I use Qixbox warehouse?

A: The warehouse rental will be counted the day of your first package arrival at warehouse until 30 days. After 30 days, it will be charged 1,000/day 

 

SHIPPING

1. Q: How much is the shipping cost ?

A: For more information about shipping, please contact our staff by DM or Email to get shipping fee table for each country

2. Q: Can I send to Korean address?

A: No. We don't deliver to other Korean address or other Korean warehouse.

3. Q: Can I send to multiple addresses?

A: Yes. As long as the addresses are overseas address, it is possible.

4. Q. How long will it take for my package to arrive to my address ?

A: EMS: 5 ~10 days DHL : 3 ~ 5 business days K-Packet: 2 ~3 weeksShopee : 7 ~ 14 days

5. Q: How can I pay for tax in my country.

A: Tax and customs are the responsiblity for the customer. We don't help any customs and duties in your country. please check information above from the government.

6. Q. What happens when my package is returned to qixbox ?

A: Responsibility for undelivered packages rests with the recipient. Prompt action must be taken within the carrier's specified timeframe to avoid disposal or return to the shipper. Thus, please make sure to fill the address correctly.

7. Q: When can I get the tracking number?

A: You can get tracking number 1 day after being shipped.

8. Q: When will you send my package?

A: Ater your box has done to be repackaged, we will send the next day.

HANDLING PACKAGES

1. Q: How can I get photo from packages that arrive to Qixbox warehouse/

A: You can ask us by DM or email, and send the list of tracking number you want to see.For package, you can get picture outside and insideFor envelope, only outside picture. 1,000 additional fee for unboxing envelope

2. Q: How long will I get the picture upon request?

A: Due to many boxes arrived at our warehouse, you can get picture 1-2 days after requesting to us.

3. Q: Can I split items from 1 box into 2 boxes?

A: Yes. additional charge fee will be applied for every box (5,000 won for every 1 box)

4. What is Repackage?

A: "Repackage" is combining multiple boxes into 1 box to reduce shipping fee. Fpr more information about box's fee, please check this link --> Link

5. How long does repackage take time?

A: We will do repackage after 1 day your request and it will take 2-3 days.

6. Q: Is there any extra fee if I request for more safe handling?

A: We provide 1 layer bubble wrap for every package, and it will be charged 1,000 more if you ask us for 1 more layer bubble wrap.

7. Q: Will I get picture for repackage box?

A: We don't provide any picture after repackage.

8. Q: Can I add or remove after repackage?

A: Yes, but additional fee will be added forf every single 1 box. 1 box is 50% after repackage.
