1. All the proxy services are pre-order, which means it takes time to get your orders, so we beg you for patience.

2. It takes around the day until~ the last day of event (depending on the situations or limit purchase).

3. For information, we don't guarantee that we can get all of your orders, BUT we will try our best.

4. For event that get random pc or lottery, we try to match with the amount you buy.

However, due to limit purchases, you may not get the random pc or lottery as well. We try our best.

5. For your reminder, we may ask for an extra charge if the items are limited because it takes time and transportation fees. We beg your understanding.

6. Proof will be sent before shipping only. Due to big amount of order, we don't guarantee proof with your name. But, the picture is yours.

7. Shipment will take 2-4 days after the end of the event. We beg your understanding.

8. Cannot refund after making payment. Only items that are sold out can be refunded.

9. IMPORTANT!! We can't refund for things that are missing outside Korea. Thus, please open the box and take unboxing video of it for claiming refund within 2 weeks after getting the tracking number (Korea only).
