Payment Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions govern the payment process between parties using Wise, Korean bank transfers, and PayPal.
By engaging in transactions, you agree to adhere to the following:
1. Currency Conversion:
* The conversion rate between Korean Won (KRW) and United States Dollar (USD) is set at 1,000 KRW to 1 USD.
2. Payment Methods:
* Transactions between Wise accounts will be conducted exclusively through Wise.
* Transactions between Korean bank accounts will be conducted solely through Korean banks.
* Transactions between Paypa accounts will be conducted solely through paypal.
3. Transaction Fees:
* Any transaction fees incurred during the payment process shall be borne by the respective parties.
4. Responsibilities:
* Each party is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of payment details provided, including but not limited to account numbers and currency conversion rates.
5. Disputes:
* Disputes arising from transactions must be addressed directly between the parties involved. However, in case of disputes involving PayPal transactions, PayPal's dispute resolution process shall apply.
6. Compliance:
* Parties must comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing international and domestic financial transactions.
7. Liability:
* Neither party shall be held liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from technical issues, delays, or errors beyond their control.
8. Modification of Terms:
* These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time. Any modifications will be communicated to the parties involved.
9. Governing Law:
* These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [jurisdiction].

How to pay to us?
1️⃣ Choose your preferred payment method: Korean Bank or International Transfer.
2️⃣ If you chose for Korean Bank, transfer the specified amount to our business Hana-Bank account.
Customer: "I want to use Korean Bank"
Qixbox: "Please send XXX amount to our Toss Bank with bank account number XXXXX"
3️⃣ After payment, send us the depositor's name for verification.
Customer: "Payment sent! Here's the proof." (attach picture)
Qixbox: "Thank you! Can you confirm the depositor's name?"
4️⃣ We will cross-check your payment proof and depositor's name.
