WAREHOUSE RULES
Terms and Conditions for Warehouse Korea and Repackage Services
1. Introduction:
These terms and conditions govern the use of the Warehouse Korea and Repackage Services provided by Qixbox ("the Company"). By using these services, you ("the Customer") agree to these terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, do not use our services.
2. Service Description:
The Warehouse Korea and Repackage Services include storage, consolidation, and repackaging of goods purchased in Korea for international shipment.
3. Eligibility:
To use these services, customers must sign up to become our warehouse member and get a "personal code" from us.
4. Fees and Payments:
*Storage: Goods can be stored free of charge for a period of up to 30 days from the first package come to our warehouse. After this period, a daily storage fee will apply(1,000KRW/day).
* Repackaging: A fee will apply for repackaging services which will vary depending on the size and nature of the package.

Fee repackaging* All fees are due at the time-of-service completion and prior to the shipment of goods.
5. Customer Responsibilities:
* Customers must ensure that all items sent to the warehouse are legally permitted for storage and shipment under Korean and international law.
* Customers are responsible for insuring their items during storage and transit.
* It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete information regarding shipment and customs requirements.
6. Prohibited Items:
The following items are prohibited from our warehouse and cannot be processed through our repackage services: illegal substances, flammable items, explosives, weapons, sexual contents and any goods prohibited by international shipping regulations.

*International shipping doesn't accept any battery items
*Foods are limited
*Textile and skincare are limited (for several countries)

Hazardous materials

7. Liability and Indemnity:
* The Company is not responsible for damage or loss of goods caused by improper packaging prior to items arriving at our facility.
* The Company's liability for any loss, damage, or destruction of goods during storage or repackaging is limited to the lesser of the actual value of the damaged items or the cost of their replacement.
* The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the customer's use of the services.
*The customers must provide unboxing videos after getting package fromus, to is if there are any damage items or loss.
8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
* The Customer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and any other charges imposed by the destination country.
* The Company is not responsible for delays or confiscations by customs.
9. Cancellations and Refunds:
* No refunds allowed.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will not be retroactive but will apply to future use of the services.
11. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.

13. Other rules:
*Member cannot give Qixbox's address to the 3rd party without our permission.
*We don't accept Cash on delivery (착불) or 반값택배 (Pick up at convenience store). You must pay the delivery fee before sending your package to our warehouse. Otherwise, we won't pay for the COD packages for any reason.
*Please make sure the warehouse's address and your personal code are correct before shipment. We won't take responsibility if you sending to the wrong address.
*Customer should fill in the form before making the payment and shipping fee. After your request, we will calculate our repackage & shipping fee, and customer must make payment within 7 days. More than 7 days will be charged 1,000 won/day for 7 days, and 3,000 won/day after 14 days.
*We don't accept for local delivery for repackage and warehouse items. Thus, customer ask to be shipped to local address or other warehouse will be get penalized by us.
*If the arrived goods are not shipped after 3 months without any reasons, they will be disposed of.
Online check-out service:
1. Ask us by DM or email to check available websites and goods
2. For free checkout only above website;
SMtown, JYP, Everline, Soundwave, Yes24, Aladin, Olive young,Ktown4u, YG, Starship etc**
3. After we ask for payment, you need to send payment within 24 hours.
4. The deadline for every event of online purchase must be at least 1 day before the event closes.
5. All the online checks out will be processed in 1~2 days.
6. We will send proof with the number of orders to the email or DM.
7. You must remember the schedule of the event. Contact us to get the tracking number
** There is a charge fee if the event has limited purchasing or we don't have an account on the website or war purchasing event.
