Online check-out service:
STEP 1
Ask us by DM or email to check available websites and products.
Example of website;
SMtown, JYP, Everline, Soundwave, Yes24, Aladin, Olive young,Ktown4u, YG, Starship etc**
STEP 2
After we ask for payment, you need to send payment within 24 hours.
** The deadline for every event of online purchase must be at least 1 day before the event closes.
For example; deadline for applying fansign is 24th December 23:59, then you must make payment on 23th December.
STEP 3
All the online checks out will be processed in 1~2 days.
STEP 4
We will send proof with the number of orders to the email or DM.
STEP 5
Keep your screenshot with you. Contact us for getting the tracking number. Keep in mind about the event’s shipping date.

** There is an extra charge fee if the event has limited purchasing or we don't have an account on the website or war purchasing event.
** If there is mistake on order, you must give us an unboxing videoand we will ask the store directly. However, there is charge for every single inquiries.

200,000 ~ 299,900 = 2% of total amount
300,000 ~ 399,900 = 2% of total amount

500,000 ~ = 2% of the transaction
Priority purchase or war transaction = 15,000KRW

Purchase online -> Ship to our warehouse -> Repacked -> Ship to your country
Additional fee will be charged for shipping worldwide, including box, bubble wrap & paper board.
